1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Kivellan online store and orders placed with us. Kivellan is operated by JVB DIGITAL BUSINESS LTD (company number 16906216, registered in England and Wales), with its business contact address at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Read these terms together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these documents excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law rights.
2. Using the store
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. Keep account access secure and tell us if you believe it has been compromised.
3. Product information and availability
Check the product description, selected variant, quantity and inclusions before ordering. Props pictured for styling are not included unless listed. Screen colours may vary, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description. Product-specific instructions and suitability information form part of the information provided for that item.
If we discover a material error or an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfil the order and you do not agree to an alternative, we will refund the affected amount.
4. Prices, payment and offers
Prices for the Australian storefront are in Australian dollars (AUD). The checkout shows your items, applicable discounts and any taxes or charges collected by Kivellan before you pay. Payment options depend on your location, device and the providers available at checkout.
A set contains the quantity and variants selected in its offer. Savings are calculated against the stated single-item price, not an invented previous selling price. Promotional conditions are shown with the offer. Later price or policy changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
5. Dispatch, delivery and fulfilment
Australian orders receive Free Tracked Delivery. We prepare and dispatch orders within 3 calendar days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 7–15 calendar days after dispatch, additional to preparation time. Allow up to 18 calendar days in the usual schedule; carrier, customs or remote-access delays can affect this estimate.
Products may be fulfilled directly by overseas suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels. Kivellan remains responsible for dealing with your purchase; use contact@kivellan.com for delays, missing deliveries or other order problems. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
6. Cancellations, returns and consumer guarantees
Contact us promptly about a cancellation or address change so we can check the fulfilment status. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains remedies for product problems. There is no general change-of-mind return period and no additional store-wide extended warranty. Neither statement limits the consumer guarantees or any other right you have by law.
7. Reviews and other contributions
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not misrepresent who wrote them. Submit only content you have permission to share. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or privacy-infringing material; a negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal. If you choose to submit a review for publication, you permit us to display that review and the name you choose to show for that purpose.
8. Intellectual property and external services
The website's text, design and other content are owned by Kivellan or used under the relevant rights. You may browse and use the store for lawful personal shopping. Payment providers, carriers and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller.
9. Responsibility and resolving concerns
Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot be limited by law. We do not require you to waive consumer rights, accept store credit instead of a legally required refund or pursue a manufacturer instead of us. Contact us first so we can investigate a concern. You may still contact a regulator, consumer agency or a court or tribunal with jurisdiction; these terms do not impose compulsory private arbitration.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version applicable when you place an order continues to govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Contact contact@kivellan.com if you need a copy or have questions.
Shopify services and privacy choices
Shopify hosts our store and processes visitor and purchase information. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: information is combined with interactions across Shopify and other merchants for enhanced services, including personalisation and advertising. Data is shared with Shopify and service providers overseas. Where required, we obtain consent for these uses; you can withdraw it.
